Tower Construction

MUTI has the capabilities to construct most any type of tower from guyed to monopole, to self support, to flag poles, from tower erection only to full turn-key site development solutions. Our staff has extensive experience in all facets of construction.

Warehousing/Material Management

Currently, MUTI has over 50,000 sq. ft of indoor and 175,000 sq. ft of outdoor storage space dedicated to its customers as required. MUTI will offload, inventory, store, load, and deliver your materials as required by your projects needs.

Shelter Storage/Handling

MUTI currently has a full service shelter storage facility located at our corporate office in Champaign, IL. MUTI has the capability of offloading, storing, loading, and transporting up to 100,000 lb shelters

Emergency Services

MUTI has an experienced, on call staff available 24 hours per day, 365 days per year in order to manage any and all types of emergencies and to perform disaster recovery services. MUTI's employee's and equipment are able to adapt, control, and resolve most any type of emergency and/or disaster.

Project Financing

MUTI’s financing partner specializes in CTL Financing ("Credit Tenant Lease Financing" or Private Placement Bond Financing) and GSA Financing (Federal Government Financing). Our partner employs a staff with over 30 years of single tenant financing experience and believes CTL Financing is the logical financing structure in the New Economy.

Tower Maintenance

MUTI offers a complete line of comprehensive services tailored specifically to communications site maintenance. From weed control to disaster response MUTI will provide you with second-to-none customer service while performing quality work.

Utility Construction

MUTI has been involved in and managed all types of utility construction projects throughout the United States and Dominican Republic. From installation of 16' casing by means of directional drilling to supplying fiber optic cabling only, MUTI can provide you with a cost effective and efficient solution.

Tower Inspection

MUTI has performed over 1000 tower inspections throughout the United States in the past 4 years utilizing our custom developed SITE™ inspection program which allows multiple user access to your inspection information via secure login from MUTI's web site

Wind Turbine Sales & Installation

MUTI began installing wind turbines in early 2008 and has most recently dedicated an entire division of the company to this industry. MUTI has over 100 years experience installing turn-key communications tower sites for wireless carriers, railroads, utility companies, etc. we have devoted this same experience into this division.

Microwave Services

MUTI has multiple crews and managers dedicated to the procurement and installation of complete microwave systems. MUTI has a over 75 years combined experience in this field with successfully completed projects.

Generator Refueling Program

MUTI has recently incorporated a generator fueling service program that provides our customers with one point of contact, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for diesel and propane generator fueling. MUTI utilizes only the highest of quality of fuels while meeting and or exceeding all of the federal, state, and local regulations.
