I would like to say "Thank You" and congratulations. This was an amazing year for construction. We did things a little different this year than we have in the past and think everyone did a great job of working together to achieve a common goal. To be honest, I would not have guessed that this volume of work would go as well as it did. It is a testament to you and the people you have around you. Work was done on the weekends, work was done in the rain and it was done in hot and cold weather. Please make sure the men and women that were responsible for making all of this happen know that we appreciate all of their efforts.

Based on what has gone down over the last year your team is a prime member of our working family here. I think that we would have not been as successful as we are if it was not for your team.
