Mr. Peters is the Founder, President, Owner and CEO of Midwest Underground Technology, Inc., Co-founder and CEO of CITCA, LLC, Founder, President and CEO of Vertical Tower Partners, LLC, Co-Founder and Vice President of Sky Enterprise, Inc. Mr. Peters also serves as President of the Board on all of the aforementioned organizations. Mr. Peters has been active in the telecommunication industry for over 10 years, having founded and organized Midwest Underground Technology, Inc in 1999.

Mr. Peters developed and authored a specialized industry related site inspection software program currently utilized by several major telecommunications companies across the United States. This inspection software program is widely recognized as the premier site inspection program in the wireless industry. Additionally, Mr. Peters has designed and implemented a state of the art communications shelter handling facility that is utilized by numerous nationally recognized telecommunications companies.

Mr. Peters developed several innovative methods and procedures to improve, streamline and maximize efficiencies applicable to the telecommunication construction and maintenance industry that are recognized and implemented by numerous high profile telecommunications companies through-out the United States.

Mr. Peters is a strong advocate of employee safety, demonstrated by several years of involvement in the regional and national OSHA/NATE Partnership Program. Mr. Peters Is an active sponsor of the nationally and internationally recognized National Association of Tower Erectors organization and mandates a stringent companywide superior safety and health program for all employees.

Mr. Peters majored in business and received his business degree from Parkland College located in Champaign, IL.
