MUTI promotes and practices occupational safety in the workplace and on the job sites. Providing systems of work
that are safe to preventing industrial injuries are on the top of the list at MUTI. We have a safety program that
sends all of our techs to a variety of training opportunities pertaining to their job. We have a great relationship
with some of the top training organizations and work with OSHA to not only help in keeping our company safe but to
try to keep the tower industry itself as a safe and well trained establishment.
MUTI works side by side with CITCA. (Communication Industry Training and Certification Academy) CITCA is a nationally
recognized training academy, developed by a group of communications industry specialists, offering a complete line of
college accredited tower erection and safety training programs directly related to the communications industry.
These customized courses keep our employees skills current. The courses are taught by industrial experts, and the
program has been recognized by OSHA. CITCA, Inc. is a national academy that offers a complete line of safety training
programs. Through it's affiliation with Kankakee Community College, CITCA offers college credit for education and training.
This comprehensive training program helps our employees build turn-key sites, develop tower construction and site selection
skills, maintain and inspect finished sites and learn and comply with industry safety standards. All this and CITCA students
earn college credits.
